Renting Da Vinci Art Alliance - 1st Floor

Da Vinci Art Alliance has made a home at 704 Catharine Street in the Bella Vista neighborhood since 1966. From stunning historic tilework when you first enter our front entrance to tall ceilings and bay windows in a space filled with rotating art exhibitions, to a permeable outdoor art installation in our back patio by Nancy Agati, our space is a great option for your fundraisers, cultural events, workshops, and mixers! 

Rates: Our 3 hour rate for renting the full building is $500, and a $100 nonrefundable deposit is due upon signing the contract. All events must be booked four weeks in advance, and the full balance is due a week prior to the event. Special discounted rates available for community organizers and non-profits.

New in 2024: DVAA After Dark! Rent the gallery for 90 minutes just for you and a plus one for $100! Price includes a candlelit table surrounded by the exhibitions on view with a bottle of wine or non-alcoholic cocktail. A DVAA staff person will be present and out of view for anything you may need throughout your evening.

Parking: 4 hour parking is available on our block beside Fleisher Art Memorial, and otherwise, there is plenty of 2 hour parking nearby. Additionally:

Accessibility: Our gallery at 704 Catharine St. is within a 180 year old two-story row home with 4 steep steps at the entrance of the building, and a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. This building is not wheelchair accessible, however, we will attempt to accommodate to the fullest extent possible.

Additional Information: Da Vinci Art Alliance employees can be available to work the door and support in event set-up and break-down for an additional fee of $100. The gallery has a list of recommended nearby caterers to choose from if interested. Da Vinci Art Alliance can provide a PA System, if needed.

Renting Da Vinci Art Alliance - 3rd Floor Gallery

Do you have an idea for an exhibition, video screening, installation or pop-up event? Consider renting DVAA’s newly renovated 3rd floor gallery space. Conveniently located in Bella Vista, the gallery offers high foot-traffic as DVAA hosts two rotating exhibitions and a variety of events every month.

Gallery: The space is 200 square feet and 9’3” in height. It features white walls and two large north facing windows. Please note that the ceiling is not load-bearing and nothing can be hung from or mounted to it. If you would like to stop by DVAA to tour the gallery space, please email info@davinciartalliance.org

Rates: Renting the 3rd Floor Gallery space is $350 per week. A $100 non-refundable deposit must be made upon confirming the rental. 

Gallery Support: Installation will be the responsibility of the renter or an additional $150 to have our installation team assist you. The gallery can help publicize your exhibition or installation with an exhibition page on the DVAA website, promotion in DVAA Newsletters, and social media posts via the DVAA Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tiktok.
