Lindsey is a freelance designer, event organizer, and sign painter living in Philadelphia, PA. She publishes and hosts events for Collide, a Philly-based art and poetry zine, with her friend Katie Dempsey. She occasionally vends her personal work at art markets and galleries, which are inspired by her passion for people, nature, and yogic philosophy.

Lindsey works in watercolor, acrylic paints, and digitally using Procreate. She graduated with a BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts in 2019.

Artist Statement:

My work will always be inspired first and foremost by nature and people. I love portraits and the human figure. In the last few years I have delved into more abstract art with a focus on color over form, and how to let the composition flow organically. Life is sporadic and so am I. You might as well just dance in the chaos. And be kind--always.
