My art is inspired by what is happening around me; the music scene, nature, my travels or the news of the world. Lately I have been collating with sheet music and maps incorporating fast flow acrylic paint and oil paint.
Artist Statement:
“I love to people watch, imaging their life stories, finding myself drawn in to the people I meet. This visual or emotional memory of jubiliancy or struggle is stored inside me. Some of my work pays homage to the natural world. Most times peo
ple are seen interacting synergistically with nature, sailing, walking in the beach or seen singing or playing a musical instrument. Materials change depending upon how to best express the image.”
