“Sustaining Memory, Storytelling, and Lesbian culture through community.” For the kickoff event of the Sustainability festival at DVAA, we’ll be highlighting Queer BIPOC narratives while inviting everyone (poet or not) to celebrate with us! The first hour or so will be a poetry share of several queer poets of color, followed by a community mixer with funds profiting Val’s Lesbian Bar. Help sustain lesbian/queer culture and support Val’s in their mission for a physical location!
