About the artists:⁣

Alex G. (they/she) is an illustrator and tarot reader that has worked at dozens of pop up markets through Philly, accumulating over 100s of readings. Learning to move on from an underdeveloped relationship, trying to spring forward in a new job, or just as simple as getting in tune with what’s happening in the now; Alex will help guide you to your next step. Seeking guidance, or looking for advice, Alex will tell your story with their cards. Alex G Carol is an illustrator, dreamer, and tarot reader. They’re a Afro-Latinx that is taking the steps forward to share their perspective of the world through comics, paintings, and tarot readings. 💖⁣

Lara (she/her) is a queer textile and collage artist. Her work explores themes of memory, the sacred, and how vulnerability (or fear of vulnerability) informs our perspectives, using her own and shared experiences. She began collaging her version of the tarot deck as a way to grieve by counting her blessings - to map out her community and give them their flowers while we’re all here together. Lara practices art in the spirit of abolition, believing that creative practices provide us with the imagination and different modes of thinking that we need to radically re-imagine our society and relationships with one another. ✨⁣
