Sunday, March 12th, 12-3pm
Once a quarter, the DVAA community gathers with the intention of getting into the nitty gritty of professional development within our artistic practice.
For this session of Creative Conversations, we’re gonna talk about how to prep work, edit photos, and research what to submit those photos to!
First, we will be going over how to present and install different types of 2D, 3D, and digital work. If you have artwork you’re struggling to figure out how to install, bring it with you for a hands on brainstorming session and demo! Next we’ll go over how to research art opportunities relevant towards your own creative practice. We’ll finish up with a tutorial showing how to edit photos of your artwork on Photoshop.
If you weren’t able to make to our last creative conversations where Karen Mauch taught us how to take professional photos of artwork using a cell phone, make sure to check out our YouTube Channel to watch the recorded session. Click here to watch!
