Join the Friends of Palumbo Park and DVAA staff, artists and friends, for an early evening community celebration of our neighborhood and park.
DVAA will also be hosting a closing reception for two of our Fellowship exhibitions that evening within our gallery at 704 Catherine! Our fellow, Maci Kociszewski is using Gallery 1 in their exhibition "I love the shit out of you, kid" to explore topics of harm reduction and mutual aid, in order to celebrate the practice of individual care, community care and the intersections of the two.
Upstairs, our fellow, Robert Zurer, is presenting a show with Kimi Pryor, titled "The Buried Life". Both artists spent the past year navigating their spiritual subconscious, exploring memory and the unknown on canvas.
Within the gallery, please stay masked up unless eating or drinking.
