CALL FOR ART
DVAA is switching it up this winter!
This year, Perennial Visions will take over the entire building as we transform DVAA into a 3 tier holiday market.
This will be an opportunity for artists to sell work before the end of the year and for patrons to shop and support local artists instead of big corporations.
As with all other Perennial Visions exhibitions, this opportunity is for members only, and there is no fee to participate. We are looking for 2-D and 3-D artwork that is either packaged or framed and ready to sell in our market.
Barring any extenuating circumstances, all artwork will be accepted as long as it fits these two criteria:
All work must be for sale
All work must be at or under 15” in any direction (including the dimensions of the frame)
Important Dates
Submissions Open Saturday, August 16, 2025
Submission Deadline Sunday, September 28 at 11:59PM
Artwork Drop Off Artwork must arrive no later than Sunday, November 16th
Install Begins Wednesday December 3rd
Exhibition Date December 6 - December 21
Opening Reception Saturday, December 6 from 4 - 7 pm
Work that fits into these categories are encouraged:
Framed 2-D work, wall hung sculptures, free-standing small sculptures
Crafts (ceramics, jewelry, woodworking, fibers)
Flatfile items (flat artwork that visitors can leaf through)
Small holiday themed items/crafts (cards, ornaments, clothing/apparel, stocking stuffers, small artworks)
About the Holiday Market
The Da Vinci Art Alliance Holiday Art Market is the can’t miss get-together of the year. The market is a unique opportunity to do your holiday shopping, meet new friends, and engage in lots of family-friendly activities including ornament-making and a hot chocolate bar!
Join us for three floors of holiday cheer in our one of a kind historical building located in south Philly (704 Catharine st.). The market will feature fine art and crafts made by Da Vinci Art Alliance members. 70% of each purchase will go to supporting these local artists and 30% will go DVAA.
From December 6th through the 21st, come to our building to find one-of-a-kind pieces, join in on holiday fun, and support this incredible non-profit.
