Artist Statement:

“My professional life has always been devoted to the care and betterment of others lives. My artwork concerns humanistic ideas about religion, the environment, feminism, migration, gun control and now the pandemic.
As a painter and sculptor I work abstractly using my hands, mind and spirit in the space of the unknown. I trust what is not there to create that which has never been seen. Some of my influences are Joseph Cornell, Dorothea Tanning, Lee Bontecou, Arshile Gorky and Hieronymus Bosch.”
