About the exhibition:

Alan Lankin on Vistas, Spaces, and Portals: Paintings and Works on Paper:

“My artistic process is based on improvisation, in being in the moment and letting the current state of a work guide me to my next action. My artworks are abstract explorations of color and shape, line and mass, movement and balance, combined with my memories of the natural and man-made world.

My love of color and movement, music and dance are reflected in the work’s shapes and lines. My paintings embrace ambiguity and are imbued with multiple meanings.”

Join us from 2:30-3:30pm at Atria Center City on February 7th on their 5th floor gallery for an artist talk.

Because Atria serves a high-risk community, please keep in mind you may be asked to wear a mask or the reception date may change based on current pandemic or influenza rates within the Philadelphia area.
