About:

As having recently moved from Brooklyn to Philadelphia, I’m curious to learn about this city that is now my home and about the people that live here. I realize that a more meaningful way for me to learn about the different neighborhoods is to make connections. By connections, I mean allowing myself to interact with the people that pass me by on the street every day. I’m curious by people, our day to day activities and our every changing surroundings. From these ideas, a body of work that consists of portraits that people have allowed me to take of them, has developed. In conjunction with this I document what I see and find to be curious as I explore the many areas of Philadelphia.
