Soft Palette

A 3rd FLOOR Pop-UP SOLO EXHIBITION BY THECOLORG

On View March 1st & 2nd

Opening Saturday, March 1 from 4 - 7 PM

About the exhibition:

"Soft Palette" is a plush studio experience that reimagines the act of painting. It challenges the boundaries between art and audience, creator and viewer, and invites us all to take a moment to play and to feel. In a culture that prioritizes rigid productivity over rest, this interactive space invites participants to explore softness as a form of self-care and resistance. The canvas becomes a space of collective expression, where individual contributions can be rearranged, layered, and reshaped, reflecting the fluidity and interconnectedness of our shared experiences.

THECOLORG on what they hope visitors take away:

“I want visitors to leave "Soft Palette" feeling lighter, more playful, and more connected—not just to the art, but to themselves and others. My hope is that this experience reminds them of the power of creativity as a form of self-care and resilience. ‘Soft Palette’ isn’t just about making art—it’s about creating space for connection, healing, and imagining new possibilities together.”

Soft Pallete will be on view in Gallery 3 on Marche 1 & 2 with an opening reception on Saturday, March 1st from 4-7pm.

She has attended artist residencies at the Studios at MASS MoCA, Chautauqua Visual Arts, and the Walkaway House in North Adams, MA.
