Da Vinci Art Alliance, in partnership with CultureWorks, invited artists from across Philadelphia to submit artwork that responds to the theme of Simultaneous Contrast.

The selected work on view explores how seemingly opposing pairs can create magic when they work together. This theme was created in response to CultureWorks’ vision of introducing people from different backgrounds to form mutually beneficial collaborations.

Da Vinci Art Alliance and CultureWorks both work to provide resources and gathering spaces for our communities. We aim to make a sustainable and lasting impact on the communities we serve. DVAA and CultureWorks are partnering on a series of art exhibitions for 2025. 

The Simultaneous Contrast for this exhibition will take place on Thursday, August 7 from 5-8 pm on the third floor of The Philadelphia Building at 1315 Walnut St. Suite 320.
