ABOUT THE FEATURED ORGANIZATIONS
Philly Hummus Girl began with a craving for something familiar - the kind of authentic, accessible mezze and pantry staples Chef Miranda grew up with in the Middle East. Inspired by recipes passed down from her grandfather, a Lebanese chef, she set out to share the region’s rich flavors and cultural traditions through food. What began as a fundraiser for the Lebanese Red Cross quickly evolved into pop-ups, modern catering spreads, and a growing Philly following obsessed with her seasonal mezze - and of course, her family recipe for creamy, flavor-packed hummus.
