Artist Statement:

“I am influenced by observations in nature, sunsets, cloud formations, Bauhaus teachings, ancient architecture, textiles, and exceptional artwork from all over the world. Color and light remain my source of inspiration. My years of experience studying and teaching color theory complement and inform an intuitive approach to visual communication in painting. My work is an invitation to experience how color choice defines interpretation.”
