It is once again that time of the year. Every December DVAA not only celebrates the holiday season but also our wonderful membership with a culminating members only exhibition. 2019 has been a tremendous year at Da Vinci Art Alliance! So what better way to celebrate than with the largest collection of DVAA-made art all under one roof?
RULES FOR ENTRY:
You may submit 1 artwork
Artwork must be no larger than 25” x 25” x 25” (including frame)
Label the back of your work with your name and title of artwork
All artwork must be ready to display. Wall hanging pieces must be wired. If your work requires any additional apparatus to be shown, it must be provided.
Artwork Delivery: Nov. 20th: 4-6pm & Nov. 23rd 1- 3pm
Opening Reception: Dec. 1, 12pm - 3pm
Run Dates: Dec. 1st - December 22nd
Artwork Pick Up: Jan. 8th, 4-6pm & Jan. 12th, 2-4pm
DVAA is responsible for all press releases, listings, price lists, and gallery labels. Your participation is permission to include images of artwork in promotion. Artwork will be handled with great care, but DVAA is not responsible for loss or damage. Insurance is the responsibility of the artist.
When the work is delivered the exhibitions director reserves the right to refuse works that are not ready to be shown because of improper framing, fragility, damage or low quality. The artist receives 80% commission on artwork sold from the exhibition and as a result of contacts made through the DVAA. Payment to the artist will be sent within 30 days. All artwork must be retrieved during the designated Pick Up times above and cannot leave the gallery early. Artworks left unattended becomes property of the gallery and may be discarded due to very limited storage space.
